Refund & Exchange Policy

At YAARA, we want you to love your fragrance! If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return, exchange, and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify, items must be:
Unused and in their original condition
Returned within 7 days of delivery

To initiate a return, email us at hello@yaara.co.za with your order number.

Return & Exchange Fees

🔄 Returns (7-Day Money Back Guarantee):

  • A R150 courier  fee will be deducted from your refund upon approval.
  • All items, including promotional gifts or freebies, must be returned.

🔄 Exchanges:

  • A R150 courier fee applies, added to your original order.
  • The fee is to cover courier costs to collect and re-deliver your new order.
  • Once payment is received, we will process your exchange.
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.
  • Promotional gifts or free items cannot be exchanged.

Why Are There Fees?

Shipping fees that the courier charges us are non-refundable. Handling fees account for processing returned items, which cannot be resold.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items.
  • If any issues arise, we will contact you.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
  • Payment gateway refund timeframes may vary (e.g., PayFast, Payflex etc.).
  • If additional banking details are needed, we will reach out.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

❌ Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless due to our error).
❌ Certain health and personal care items.
❌ Sale items (only full-priced items qualify for refunds or exchanges).

 

If an item arrives damaged, please immediately take a picture and email to hello@yaara.co.za - in this case, a free replacement will be provided.
